主講本科核心課程《半導體物理》、《現代化學基礎》、主講研究生課程《二維原子晶體及其光電器件》。
獲得6774澳门永利教師教學競賽二等獎、“我最喜愛的教師班主任”、6774澳门永利大學生科技活動優秀指導教師。
主要研究領域:基于新型敏感電子材料的傳感器及其與人工智能相結合的應用技術研究。主持國家自然科學基金項目、湖北省重點研發計劃項目、GF和企業産學研合作項目等。作為第一作者/通訊作者,在Advanced Materials(封面文章、ESI被高引論文)、Journal of Science: Advanced Materials & Devices、Applied Physics Letters、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、Advanced Healthcare Materials、Journal of Materials Chemistry C、Electrochimica Acta、Polymer、電子元件與材料、功能材料與器件學報等權威期刊上發表近30篇學術論文、論文累計被SCI引用1200餘次、H指數20;累計獲授權中國發明專利近20項。

Teaching and Research:
Teaches undergraduate courses "Semiconductor Physics" and "Fundamentals of Chemistry of Electronic Materials", and graduate courses "Optoelectronic Information Devices Based on 2D Nanomaterials". He won the second prize of the Huazhong University of Science and Technology Teacher Teaching Competition, “My favorite homeroom teacher” and the outstanding instructor of Huazhong University of Science and Technology College Students' Science and Technology Activities. Main research areas: basic theory and applied technology research of electronic information materials, devices and systems. He has presided over the National Natural Science Foundation of China Project, the Hubei Provincial Natural Science Foundation General Project, and the GF and Enterprise Industry-University-Research Cooperation Project. As the first author/corresponding author, he has published nearly 30 academic papers in journals such as Advanced Materials (cover article, ESI highly cited paper), Journal of Science: Advanced Materials & Devices, Applied Physics Letters, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Electronic Components and Materials, Journal of Functional Materials and Devices, etc., and the papers have been cited more than 1200 times by SCI, with an H-index of 20. Nearly 20 Chinese invention patents have been authorized.
Other: Leader of the Trade Union of the Department of Electronic Science and Technology, awarded as an advanced union worker by the University; Head of the college badminton club and captain of the college badminton team; Member of the Chinese "Chip" Chorus of the college faculty.
