簡介:

6774澳门永利光學與電子信息學院副研究員、博士生導師。在6774澳门永利材料學院獲得學士、碩士、博士學位,2016年至2018年在韓國高麗大學Jong-Heun Lee(傳感器領域雜志Sensor and Actuator B編輯)課題組從事博士後研究,2018年6月加入6774澳门永利。從2006年起一直從事氣體傳感器研究,在氣體傳感器全鍊條(材料合成、器件制備及系統研究)有着豐富的經驗,主要研究方向包括高性能低溫/室溫氣體傳感器、智能人工嗅覺系統等。先後主持并參與國家自然科學基金青年基金、面上基金、儀器專項等項目研究,共合作發表SCI論文50餘篇,授權專利十餘項,在多個國際會議做口頭報告,獲得“Sensor and Actuator B”雜志優秀審稿人稱号。

Brief Introduction:

Hua-Yao Li,associate professor at the School of Optics and Electronics Information, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, China. He received his B.S. and Ph. D. degree in Material Science from HUST, in June 2006 and June 2013, respectively. He worked as postdoctoral researcher in Korea University (Jong-Heun Lee’s group) between March 2016 and June 2018. His research interests include room temperature gas sensors and photo-electrical properties of metal oxide semiconductors, as well as intelligent artificial olfactory. Till now, he has published ~50 SCI papers and 10 patents. He was invited to make several oral presentations at international conferences. He won the “Outstanding Contribution in Reviewing” Prize of Sensor and Actuator B: Chemical.
