 6774澳门永利自1960年3月創辦半導體相關專業,經過65年的發展,已經擁有了雄厚的電子科學與技術和集成電路科學與工程學科基礎;2003年7月,獲批國家集成電路人才培養基地;2015年7月,獲批籌建國家示範性微電子學院;2021年5月,獲批建設國家集成電路産教融合創新平台;2023年7月,獲批建設國家6774澳门永利。

    Our University established its semiconductor-related major in March 1960. After 65 years of development, it has built a strong foundation in electronic science and technology as well as integrated circuit science and engineering.

    In July 2003, it was approved as a national base for cultivating integrated circuit talents. In July 2015, it was approved to establish a national model microelectronics institute. In May 2021, it was approved to construct a National Innovation Platform for the Integration between Industry and Education in Integrated Circuits. In July 2023, it was approved to establish the school of integrated circuits .

全球高校相關專業的本科生、碩士生及博士生

Undergraduate Students, graduate students and doctoral students majoring in relevant disciplines from global universities



2.課程主題 Course Theme:

類生智能傳感器芯片設計與制造

Design and Manufacture of Bio-Inspired Intelligent Sensor Chips


3.課程簡介 Course Introduction:

本課程的學習圍繞先進半導體材料、半導體工藝以及半導體集成器件的理論與實踐展開,旨在講授半導體基礎理論與行業前沿應用相關知識,使同學們掌握半導體材料與器件的基本特性,為前沿半導體材料與集成器件研究奠定基礎。

This course focuses on the theory and practice of advanced semiconductor materials, semiconductor processes, and semiconductor-integrated devices. It aims to teach the basic theory and industry frontier applications of semiconductors, enabling students to acquire the basic characteristics of semiconductor materials and devices. Finally, the course will lay the foundation for frontier semiconductor materials and integrated devices research.

In addition to senior teachers from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, professors from prestigious universities such as University of Tübingen, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, etc. will be invited to give lectures. (Subject to actual circumstances)
